It seems fitting to start this reading list about health. Chopra writes about an Ayurvedic lifestyle which I began adopting a year ago. When I'm following this lifestyle , I feel my best physically, psychologically, and spiritually!

This book is a wonderful guide to inner work. It's geared towards women who, in our culture, often subordinate their wants and needs until the wants and needs of others have been met. After years of doing this, we can lose touch with who we really are. This little gem is chocked full of exerices and guided practices to help each woman reconnect with the unique being she is.
Fantastic book about adult development and how to get unstuck from our habits and self-limiting beliefs.
Julie Morganstern is a terrific resource!
This compact guide has much to offer anyone who is looking "clear out" inner build-up.
Three books in one. If you're new to her books, start with "The Artist's Way".

A must read for anyone who's ever struggled with maintaining their weight.
I picked up this book last weekend when I was looking for a soothing and reassuring perspective to my own transformational work. This put a lot of perspective around my own experience. Barbara Brennan's work is in energy healing - it will take you deeper than you expected.
This book has really spoken to me about how we project our unfinished business in the world. How many times have you had the experience of a complaint or even an outburst sent in your direction and found yourself wondering "where is this coming from". This book not only helps us to understand the dynamics of what's occuring here but also helpful ways to respond.
I can't say enough good words about this practical handbook for adult development.
Such a beautiful set of stories and metaphors for living!
A practical guide for working with the seven chakras of the energy body.
Like so many of the books I'm reading lately - I wish I had found this years ago. This book is like a compass to find our way back home to ourselves.
I believe I have every book by David Richo that's currently available in print. He has a way of bringing psychology to our every day experiences. Sometimes I'll say "ouch" and sometimes I'll say "someone finally said it". He has much wisdom to offer.
This is one of the books I'll be working with on this journey. I encourage you to pick up a copy and a journal and see where it might take you too.
